Not for a grainy dash
My dash is that soft grainy plastic and it would not take there, which the page does say. The windshield works and that is where it lives now. Wish there was a way to make it hold on the dash itself.
Recipes without flour on the phone
I keep one on the kitchen cabinet door at eye level for recipes. No more propping the phone against the fruit bowl and getting flour on the screen. My husband took the second one for his car.
Suction faded, a rinse fixed it
After about a week it started to feel less grippy on the desk. I nearly returned it, then rinsed the base like the FAQ says and it was back to normal. Three stars for the scare, but it does work.
Lofted dorm bed
My bed is lofted, so I stuck this to the shelf by my pillow. The phone is there in the morning instead of somewhere in the sheets. Also good for videos while I fold laundry.
