nestora-acupressure-mat-set
Nestora Acupressure Mat Set

Nestora is a two-piece acupressure set: a mat for the back and shoulders, and a half-round bolster for the neck. Both are plum purple cotton over high-density foam, carrying about 230 small white discs on the mat and a matching run along the bolster. Each disc is a blunt-pointed lotus shape in ABS plastic.

How to use: put the mat on a firm surface, a bed or the floor, and lie back onto it slowly rather than dropping onto it. Keep a t-shirt on for the first few goes and work up to bare skin. Five to ten minutes to start with, up to twenty once it is comfortable. The bolster goes under the neck, gently.

The first minute stings and most people settle after two or three. Red patches afterwards are normal and fade within the hour.

The covers unfasten and go in the wash. Mat about 68 by 42 cm, bolster about 37 cm. Rolls up for storage. Free shipping, dispatched in 1 to 3 business days, and 30-day money back.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0720/1567/5482/files/gal_hero_fe7dd142-dbc5-49f3-8917-cae5d0f92c06.jpg?v=1793314295
