Forgot it was in
I ordered the Classic size in the pastels. First night I lay back on the couch cushion for a whole episode and only remembered the clip when I got up. The lavender one lives in the car now.
Jumbo for thick curls
I have a lot of thick curly hair and most claw clips either snap or slide. The Jumbo holds all of it twisted up. It is a bit heavier than I expected, which is the one thing I would change.
Mini for fine hair
Fine, slippery hair here. The Mini grips a half-up without sliding down by mid-morning, which no other clip has managed. Six of them means there is one in every bag.
Under a hard hat
I wear a hard hat all day. Twisted my hair up with the black one from the Classic set and it sat flat under the hat, nothing digging into the back of my head, the whole shift.
Ordered the wrong size
Went with the Classic and it only holds about half of my long hair. That is on me, the size guide does say Jumbo for mid-back or longer. The clip itself is soft and comfortable to wear. Order up if you have a lot of hair.
Car headrest
My commute is an hour and I used to take my clip out for the drive. This one bends against the headrest and springs back when I sit up. Sage and sky blue are the two I reach for.
Softer than it looks
Squeezed one straight out of the box and it gave, which honestly surprised me. It is not floppy though, the spring is firm and the hold is there. Four stars because the matte finish picked up a mark from my keys in the first week. Keep them out of the bottom of the bag, in the side pocket.
