Fill the bottle from the hot tap, slide it into the pocket inside the cover, fasten the velcro arms over your sweater and get on with your day. It keeps warmth where you put it while you type, cook or sit on the sofa, and that is all it claims to do.

We have not timed our own units, so we are not going to give you a number. It depends on how hot your tap runs and how cold the room is. When it cools off, refill it from the tap and slide it back in the pocket.

Boiling water is too hot for a rubber bottle and too hot for you. The hot tap is plenty.
- 2Fill it about two thirds
Leave room so the bottle stays soft and flat against you.
- 3Squeeze out the air, check the seal
Press the air out, screw the stopper in firmly, then turn it upside down over the sink. No drips, you are good.
- 4Always in its cover
The bottle goes in the pocket, every time. Never put the bare bottle against your skin.
- 5Wear it awake
Take Warmling off before you fall asleep.
- 6Replace a tired bottle
Look it over now and then. If the rubber looks cracked, sticky or worn, swap it for a new one.
